Here are a few pictures of around our house with all the snow we got over the weekend!!! I had to spend the weekend working....but Chris had ALOT of FUN shoveling snow off the driveway. He had to get up at 6am all weekend to take me to work and pick me up at night because my car couldn't handle the 8inches of unscraped snow on the roads in our neighborhood. I love the snow...but thinking it would be better to have a 4x4 like Chris!!!

Bringing in 2008
Welcome to our blog site!! We thought it would be a good way to keep everyone posted on what we've been up to since we live so far away from so many of you! Here's a recap of 2007. It was a busy year for us. In May, we moved from Napa t
o Sparks, NV where we bought our first home!! On August 25th we got married and honeymooned in Puerto Rico and Antigua in the Caribbean.
It was the best vacation ever! In November it was announced we would soon be Uncle Chris and Aunt Traci..Kari is pregnant. We also decided to add an addition to our family......with a new PUPPY! We will get our boxer puppy at the end of the month. Her name is Princess Lea. Chewy will have a new sister who is much bigger than him.

Now that it's winter, we try to get to the mountain as much as possible to take advantage of our close location to Lake Tahoe. Snowboarding is about the only thing that gets us outdoors in the freezing cold! We rang in the New Year with friends, checking out downtown Reno's firework show. It was the best fireworks show I had ever seen. So 2007 was a year with many memorable events, we hope 2008 will also be a great year!
